This is a space where I’ll be sharing my favorite recipes, step-by-step cooking instructions, and practical tips to help you feel more confident in the kitchen. With each recipe, I’ll also highlight its health benefits and provide nutrition information so you can make informed choices while enjoying delicious food.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. After completing my dietetic internship, I passed the national registration exam in 2021 and have been practicing as a registered dietitian ever since.

Over the past five years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, beginning in acute care and later specializing in critical care. For the past year, I’ve worked as a renal dietitian in a dialysis clinic while also expanding my focus to longevity, preventive nutrition, and helping people build lifelong healthy habits.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that food is medicine, but it’s also so much more. Food nourishes our bodies, brings people together, and creates meaningful connections. My hope is that this blog inspires you to enjoy wholesome, flavorful meals while discovering how nutrition can support a healthier, happier life.
